First launched in 1998 as a coupe and as a roadster just a year later, the Audi TT has proved to be one of the most significant models in the entire Audi lineup. Audi TTs produced in 2001 are very much the same as the last ones to roll out of the factory of its generation in 2006 as the only differences in the later models are a new 3.2 liter V6 engine option as well as DSG gearboxes which although enhances the drivability of the car, does not totally change what the TT is in actual fact. However, these upgrades do cost and are reasons as to why used 2001 models are cheaper than the later models especially those after 2003.
